Welcome to Stefan Keller-Tuberg's patent page
Over the years, during the course of my work as an engineer, my company has sponsored many patent applications on my behalf. In total, the number is something approaching 20 and I've lost count and track of most of them. Some have issued, some have not. Some of those which have issued have not been maintained and have disappeared from the face of the earth.
Those of you who have written patent applications of your own will realise that not all ideas which are patented end up changing the world. Few of them do, in fact. The ideas which change the world are like rare gems and I would hazard to guess that the inventors often didn't realise the true value of their inventions at the time. So I don't want to imply that I'm holding these examples high as the keystones of human progress. :-)
I accidentally stumbled across the United States Patent Office web site one day and found that some of my work had started to appear on their server. Serendipity! Looking at the lag between the dates of the applications and the dates that they had been posted to the web, it seemed that they take a goodly time before posting the information onto their server. There are several more recent applications which I'm guessing are yet to appear.
For the heck of it, I checked the European Union server to see what was listed there. When you can work out how to use it, their search engine provides a great deal more cross referencing than the American one. I was able to find links to related applications all over the place.
The Australian server also lists some of my work.
You can find a current list of my US patent applications here and a list of active US patents here.
